2. Return Eligibility
- Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact. For artworks, please ensure they are returned without any damage or alterations.
- Timeframe for Returns: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. To start the return process, please contact me at michelle@michellesamaras.com
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalised items
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
- Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
4. How to Return an Item
1. Contact Us: Email us at michelle@michellesamaras.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions.
2. Package the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
3. Ship the Item: Send the item to the address provided. Please use a trackable shipping service and retain the receipt for proof of return.
5. Refund Process
- Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
- Refund Issuance: If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
